code of ethics and sustainability

The principles

The sustainability policy identifies the principles that inspire JO-TECH to manage its impact responsibly, both towards the communities in which it operates and towards its own people.

JO-TECH believes that correct, transparent and responsible conduct enhances and protects the identity and reputation of the Organisation over time, which are prerequisites for sustainable business development aimed at creating and protecting the value chain for all stakeholders. In line with this commitment, JO-TECH intends to define the guiding principles of its strategy for sustainable growth over time by reducing both direct and indirect negative impacts.

This Sustainability Policy therefore aims to communicate, both within the Company and externally, the key principles for carrying out corporate and business activities through which JO-TECH’s commitment and attention to environmental, social and governance issues are expressed, in full accordance with the principles and values of the Company’s Code of Ethics.

In defining this Sustainability Policy, JO-TECH also draws inspiration from the 10 principles of the Global Compact, aiming to raise awareness of human rights, the fight against corruption and the protection of the environment and society.
